Caesar Dressing

Craving a caesar salad, but dairy free? This dressing is gluten free, dairy free, super easy to make, and tastes just like the traditional.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 2 tbsp caper brine
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup, 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 large lemon juiced
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • cardamon as desired
  • ground cumin as desired
  • garlic chive or garlic powder as desired
  • cracked black pepper as desired

Equipment

  • 1 sealable container
  • measuring cups
  • measuring spoons

Preparation
 

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a sealable container, starting with the water, then other liquid ingredients.
  2. Seal the container and shake and/or stir until completely combined.

Notes

Substitutions, Add-Ons, & Alterations:
  • Substitute tahini (contains sesame) for sunflower seed butter, cashew butter (contains tree nuts), or pumpkin seed  butter.
