Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Wash the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
- Add the potato wedges to a large mixing bowl, then add in all of the other ingredients.
- Toss the potatoes until each wedge is completely coated in the oil and herbs.
- Lay each wedge flat onto a baking pan.
- Roast the potato wedges for 1 hr 5 min, flipping halfway.
