- Chop the mushrooms, green onion, and chives.
- Spray a large sauté pan with oil. Cook the ground beef on a medium-high heat and season it with salt and pepper as desired.
- Lower the heat to a low-medium heat, then add the chopped mushrooms and green onion. Tear up or chop the spinach and add it to the pan.
- Add the chicken bone broth, yogurt, mustard, red miso, and coconut aminos to the pan. Mix everything together.
- Let the veggies soften while stirring regularly. Then, add the flour, paprika, and chives. Combine everything and turn the heat to a low simmer.
- Prepare the pasta as the package/box instructs.
- Add pasta to the pan or add everything to a large dish. Combine and serve.
