Pomegranate is a versatile fruit that makes a delicious add-on to nearly any recipe, sweet or savory! Use it to top off this sweet chocolate treat that comes together in just a few minutes.

Preparation
- Cover a cutting board or flat surface with parchment paper.
- Add the chocolate chips to a microwave-safe dish. Microwave them for 1 minute, stir, and then microwave for another 15-30 seconds, if needed.
- Smear the chocolate onto parchment paper and spread it evenly, nearly covering the surface.
- Add seed or nut butter on top. Use a toothpick to swirl it.
- Sprinkle on the pepitas, then the pomegranate seeds and shredded coconut.
- Freeze the bark for 2-3 hours.
- Break it apart into pieces. Store in the freezer.

Substitutions, Add-Ons, & Alterations:
- Add raspberries, blueberries, chopped dates, or other berries on top.
- Substitute the pepitas for sunflower seeds or crushed nuts (contains peanuts and/or tree nuts).
- Omit the shredded coconut (contains coconut).
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top or drizzle on honey.
- Add cacao nibs or chia seeds.
