- Prepare the chicken breasts as desired, then shred them with a fork.
- Wash and chop the celery, grapes, green onion, and chives.
- Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
- Mix everything together.

- Substitute grapes for raisins, craisins, apples, or pears.
- Add carrots, radish, cauliflower, bell pepper, or cucumber.
