These Strawberry Vanilla Protein Bites make for the perfect protein-packed afternoon snack! You'll get a boost of energy with a burst of flavor.

Preparation
- Add the freeze-dried strawberries, sorghum flour, ground flax seed, vanilla protein powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a food processor.
- Add the nut or seed butter to a microwave-safe dish. Microwave it for 50 seconds then add it to the food processor and pulse/grind the ingredients together.
- Add the water, 1 tbsp at a time until the mix can be shaped into bites.
- Take a small spoonful of the mixture and roll it into a bite.
- Place each protein bite into a dish or container and refrigerate them for ~1-2 hours to solidify.

- Substitute sorghum flour for any flour variety (may contain gluten, oat, corn, tree nuts).
- Use ground chia seeds in place of ground flax seeds.
- Try honey in place of maple syrup.
- Omit vanilla extract.
- Drizzle on melted chocolate or roll in dried coconut.
