- Prepare the salmon as preferred.
- Cut the grapefruit, radishes, and avocado. Wash the arugula.
- Shred the salmon with a fork.
- Add the salmon, arugula, radishes, grapefruit, avocado, and sunflower seeds to a large mixing bowl.
- Add the dressing and toss everything together.

- Substitute salmon for chicken, tofu (contains soy), steak, or other protein.
- Use celery, cauliflower, or carrots in place of radishes.
- Try orange slices instead of grapefruit.
