Made with sunflower seed butter & overripe bananas, these brownies have the perfect fudgy texture for a treat that’s indulgent, but still provides good nutrition!

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350F
- Add the bananas to a large bowl and mash them.
- Add all of the other ingredients, except chocolate chips, to the bowl. Combine.
- Line an 8x8in baking dish with parchment paper.
- Add the brownie mixture evenly to the pan. Sprinkle on chocolate chips if desired.
- Bake the brownies for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool for ~30 minutes, then remove the parchment paper and cut the brownies into squares.

Substitutions, Add-Ons, & Alterations:
- Use cashew butter (contains tree nuts), almond butter (contains tree nuts), or pumpkin seed butter in place of sunflower seed butter.
- Try honey in place of maple syrup.
- Add chopped dates, pretzels (may contain gluten, wheat, and/or corn), crushed nuts (may contain peanuts and/or tree nuts), marshmallows (may contain gluten), white chocolate chips (may contain dairy), crushed candy canes (may contain gluten), etc. to the brownie mix before baking.
- Frost the brownies with your favorite frosting, icing, or glaze.
