Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Slice the bell pepper and roma tomato.
- Spray a pan with oil spray. Spray bell pepper and tomato with oil and add a pinch of salt.
- Roast the veggies for 25 minutes.
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend everything until smooth.
