- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Add the flour and yogurt to a large mixing bowl and combine.
- Add raisins, baking soda, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl. Combine.
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Roll the dough into balls and set them on the pan, spreading them out evenly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cool.
