Cinnamon Raisin Bagel Bites

All it takes is 7 ingredients and 7 minutes of prep! These Cinnamon Raisin Bagel Bites are easy to make and even easier to enjoy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour gf
  • 3/4 cup thick yogurt df
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Equipment

  • 1 large mixing bowl
  • 1 large baking pan
  • measuring cups
  • measuring spoons

Preparation
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Add the flour and yogurt to a large mixing bowl and combine.
  3. Add raisins, baking soda, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl. Combine.
  4. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  5. Roll the dough into balls and set them on the pan, spreading them out evenly.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cool.
