Butternut Squash Fries

It's time for some fall-themed fries! These Butternut Squash Fries will pair perfectly with your favorite lunch or dinner this season.

Ingredients
  

  • 8-10 oz butternut squash
  • 2 tsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsp green onion/onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp all spice
  • 1 pinch salt

Equipment

  • 1 chef's knife
  • 1 cutting board
  • measuring spoons

Preparation
 

  1. Cut the butternut squash into fries.
  2. Add the cut squash to a large bowl. Add avocado oil, green onion/onion powder, paprika, all spice, and salt.
  3. Spread out evenly in an air-fryer and air-fry at 375F for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
