Preparation
- Prepare the pasta noodles as the package instructs. Drain and rinse the noodles once they are cooked.
- Heat a large pan on the stove. Add the ground meat, along with paprika, garlic chive/garlic powder, and green onion/onion powder. Mash and cook the meat over a medium-high heat.
- Once the meat is half cooked, add the giardinera, including brine. Mash the giardinera and combine with the meat.
- Chop the green onion and add it to the pan. Tear or chop and add spinach as desired. Pour in marinara sauce. Combine the ingredients together.
- Mince oregano and thyme, then add to the pan. Combine everything together.
- Add some of the noodles and some of the sauce mix to a bowl upon serving.

Substitutions, Add-Ons, & Alterations:
- Use any ground meat you prefer. Try ground chicken or ground tofu (contains soy).
- Substitute green onion for red, yellow, or white onion or shallots.
