Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375F.
- Add the bananas to a large mixing bowl and mash them with a fork.
- Add the buckwheat, ground flax seed, chickpea flour, sunflower seeds, chocolate chips, milk, avocado oil, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl. Mix everything together.
- Spray an 8x8in baking pan with oil, then add and spread the mix evenly into the pan.
- Slice a banana and add it on top. Sprinkle the extra chocolate chips on top.
- Bake it for 40-45 minutes, then let it cool before cutting it into bars.
