Preparation
- Wash and cut the delicata squash into slices.
- Carve out the center of each slice (seeds) with a spoon.
- Add the delicata squash rings to a medium mixing bowl.
- Add the avocado oil, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, all-spice, nutmeg, and salt to a bowl. Toss everything together.
- Set the air-fryer to 400F. Add the rings, placing evenly throughout.
- Air-fry the squash for 45-50 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Pair with marinara sauce for dipping.
