Ingredients
  

  • 5 oz baby spinach
  • 2 oz microgreens
  • 6 strawberries
  • 6 kiwis
  • 1/2 English cucumber
  • 8 oz tempeh
  • balsamic dressing

Equipment

  • 1 large mixing bowl
  • 1 chef's knife
  • 1 cutting board

Preparation
 

  1. Wash the spinach and microgreens, then place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Wash and slice the cucumber, strawberries, and kiwi.
  3. Add the cucumber, strawberries, and kiwi to the bowl.
  4. Crumble the tempeh and add it to the bowl.
  5. Drizzle on balsamic dressing or your dressing of choice.
