- Wash the spinach and microgreens, then place in a mixing bowl.
- Wash and slice the cucumber, strawberries, and kiwi.
- Add the cucumber, strawberries, and kiwi to the bowl.
- Crumble the tempeh and add it to the bowl.
- Drizzle on balsamic dressing or your dressing of choice.
