Potatoes aren't the only thing that can be chipped! These Parsnip Chips are super easy to make and are a great way to help vary your veggies.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 5 oz parsnips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Equipment

  • 1 large mixing bowl
  • 1 chef's knife
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 baking pan
  • measuring spoons

Preparation
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Wash the parsnips and slice them into chips.
  3. Add the parsnips to a bowl with olive oil, salt, and seasonings. Toss everything together.
  4. Lay the parsnips out evenly on a baking pan.
  5. Bake the parsnips for ~20 minutes, flip them, then continue baking for another 20 minutes.
